The School is seeking an Admissions Officer with a desire to deliver a smooth, stress free admission journey for prospective pupils and parents. You will have a proven track record in admissions within a school or similar environment and be able to manage the school’s admission function to promote, develop relationships and consolidate interest, with prospective parents.
In this exciting new role, you will support the Head of Admissions, Marketing and Communications to drive awareness of the school and meet targets for pupil intake. You will bring a professional, warm and proactive approach to managing the day-to-day running of the admissions process from initial enquiry through to pupils joining the school, focusing on delivering an exceptional level of service at each stage. As the first point of contact, you will nurture excellent relationships with prospective families and work closely with internal stakeholders.
You will also be supporting the Head of Admissions, Marketing and Communications to implement the marketing plan through traditional and digital marketing channels.
You will be highly organised with excellent communication and relationship management skills. A keen attention to detail with strong administrative and data management skills will help you excel in this role. They will have good IT skills and experience in Admissions is essential and knowledge and experience of the independent sector is desirable.

The timings for this role will be working Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. in term time. In addition, you will be required to work for three weeks at particularly busy times for Admissions each year (two weeks at the beginning and a week at the end of the summer holidays) and some occasional working over the holidays to check and respond to emails. The pay has been calculated to include payment for up to two weeks to cover checking of emails over the holidays.
