Dear members

The latest BSA advice regarding the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) from March 2, 2020 can be found on our website here. Updated advice will be issued on Monday.

If any pupil does become infected by the virus, please can you let me know (robin@boarding.org.uk) so we can track the number of cases.

BSA has received a small number of messages from members, reporting some international pupils would like to return home either during the Easter break or to get away from the coronavirus outbreak in the UK. Key issues schools should consider include public examinations, parent contracts and flight cancellations. We recommend members share contingency plans with worried parents so all parties are making informed decisions with the best interests of the pupil at its core.

Easter support

Several schools (and their connected holiday camps) are able to support pupils unable to travel at Easter. Please find a list below and if you would like to add your school please email bsa@boarding.org.uk.
