This webinar provides an opportunity to strengthen your crisis management toolkit and ensure the wellbeing of your school community.

Training topics will include:

  • Planning – developing a crisis management plan for international schools, identifying potential crises and creating proactive response strategies
  • Effective communication – establishing clear communication channels, crafting clear and timely responses to manage the information chain, managing media and PR
  • Supporting students and their families – crisis situation pastoral processes, providing resources for support, collaborating with external authorities and agencies
  • Post-crisis – conducting post-crisis debriefings and assessments, implementing lessons learned, rebuilding trust.
