We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of English as an Additional Language (EAL) to join our team.
You will lead our EAL department, overseeing the provision of support and resources to ensure that all students for whom English is an additional language are fully integrated into school life and achieve academic success. This role encompasses Key Stages 1, 2, and 3 (ages 5 to 13), requiring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of language acquisition and education.

The position is currently full time, however, we are open to considering applications for part-time or developmental roles, with potential for progression into the Head role in the future
