We would be delighted if you would join us on Wednesday May 15, 2024 for our summer term member meeting. This meeting will be the first BAISIS face-to-face event since 2020 and we are excited to see as many members as possible in person!
We are very grateful to BAISIS member school Abbey College Cambridge for agreeing to host our in-person meeting. For those who cannot join us in Cambridge, we will be running a hybrid meeting with remote access available too. For those attending in person, the member meeting will be followed by lunch kindly provided by our host. We hope you can join us.
Our termly meetings are open to all BAISIS members and we welcome multiple attendees from member schools. The aim of these meetings is to encourage networking, discussion and sharing best practice around the provision for international students.
Our meeting addresses a central theme and then breaks out into focus-specific networking groups. Delegates are invited to select from leadership, academic, pastoral and recruitment.
The theme for the upcoming meeting is “Addressing variations in English ability levels” and a short presentation will be delivered to attendees during the meeting before the networking sessions.”
