Our policies are important to establish the framework of values and activities your school is committed to providing and defining these both internally across our teams and externally to students, parents and other stakeholders.

Naomi Christie, Mill Hill International
Naomi has more than 30 years’ experience teaching EFL and EAL, both internationally and in the UK. She began working in mainstream education in 2021 and has been at Mill Hill International for two years.
Alongside teaching and management, Naomi has worked in Cambridge examining and materials development, particularly creating short, project-based summer school courses and specialist programmes for adults and young learners. More recently, she has developed staff INSET materials, and her new role focuses on helping subject teachers become more language-aware in their lessons.
